Sales Agent - Odette Lunettes

Are you a driven Sales Agent with a passion for eyewear? Odette Lunettes, a rapidly growing company specializing in high-quality frames, is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Agent to strengthen our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building sustainable relationships with professional opticians, utilizing your sales skills to enhance Odette Lunettes' position in the market.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Actively seek new collaboration opportunities with opticians and potential partners.
- Efficient Route Planning: Organize targeted visits to opticians and plan effective routes for maximum efficiency.
- Customer Contact: Build and maintain strong relationships with opticians, understanding customer needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Administrative Handling: Ensure accurate administrative processing of each sale, including order processing and follow-up on deliveries.
- Trade Show Participation: Actively participate in trade shows to represent Odette Lunettes, establish new contacts, and promote the brand.
- Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and implement the right marketing strategies for different opticians.
- Account Follow-Up: Carefully monitor and follow up on existing accounts, addressing their needs, and identifying growth potential.
- Contribution to Internationalization: Actively contribute to the further internationalization of Odette Lunettes, with a focus on the German market (German language required) and the French market (French language required).
- Reporting: Weekly reporting of sales results and market developments to the management team.

Profile:
- Sales experience, preferably in the optics industry (not mandatory).
- Possession of a driver's license.
- Independent working is your preferred approach.
- Strong communication skills in German (for the German market) and French (for the French market).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Willingness to travel and participate in trade shows.

Optician for our stores

As an optician (m/f/x), you are the face of the store. It is your passion to uncover the wishes and needs of the customer and provide expert sales advice accordingly. Leveraging your up-to-date knowledge, you consistently offer fitting and independent recommendations. With your persuasive skills and natural sales intuition, every customer leaves the store more than satisfied! We are seeking an Optician with a customer-oriented, positive, and highly commercial attitude, along with relevant sales experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Active sale of products;
- Providing advice during purchases;
- Conducting eye examinations;
- Glass advice;
- Adjusting eyeglass frames;
- Contributing to achieving maximum sales in the store;
- Keeping the store neat, tidy, and organized;
- Striving for 100% customer satisfaction by acting sharply and proactively.

- Make adjustments to glasses;
- Inform the customer about optical aids, reimbursement conditions from health insurance funds, etc., and advise them on choices;
- Monitor the status of product inventory and place orders;
- Check deliveries;
- Present products;
- Advise the customer on optical items, accessories, and sell them.

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Development and Leadership: Leading a team of internal sales agents and actively seeking and recruiting external agents and multi-stores to expand our sales network.
-Strategic Market Penetration: Developing and implementing advanced sales strategies to identify new business opportunities, especially focusing on increasing our presence in new and existing markets.
-Networking and Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with central offices, external agents, multi-stores, and direct customers to establish a sustainable partner network.
-Analysis and Market Insight: Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to proactively adjust our sales strategies and product offerings.
-Goal Setting and Performance Monitoring: Setting clear sales goals and monitoring team performance to exceed sales objectives and stimulate growth.
