Contest Rules - Lambretta V50 scooter give-away

Article 1: Organization of the Contest

The contest is organized by Odette Lunettes, located at Brabantdam 1, 9000 Ghent, hereinafter referred to as the “Orga- nizer.”

Article 2: Participation Requirements

Participation in the contest is open to any individual who is at least 18 years old at the time of entry and resides in the Netherlands or Belgium. Participants must purchase an Odette Lunettes pair of glasses through the official sales chan- nels of Odette Lunettes during the contest period. Participation in the contest is free of charge, provided that the men- tioned purchase is made. By participating, entrants agree to the terms outlined in these rules.

Article 3: Contest Period

The contest runs from May 16, 2025, to June 30, 2025. All purchases made during this period are eligible for participation.

Article 4: Prize

The prize consists of Lambretta scooter V50.

Article 5: Tiebreaker Question

The tiebreaker question that must be answered to participate in the contest is: “How many people will participate in the contest?”

If multiple participants provide the correct answer, the winner will be randomly selected from the correct entries.

Article 6: Winner Selection

The winner will be randomly selected by an independent jury from the participants who correctly answered the tiebreaker question. The winner will be notified within 7 days after the contest period ends via the email address or phone number provided at the time of purchase. If the winner does not respond within 5 working days after notification, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Article 7: Privacy

By participating in the contest, the participant grants permission for their data to be used for the execution of the contest and any communication regarding the prize. The data will not be used for other purposes unless otherwise agreed. Partic- ipants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with privacy laws and the Organizer’s privacy policy.

Article 8: Liability

The Organizer is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from participation in the contest or receipt of the prize. The Organizer is not responsible for technical malfunctions, incorrect information, or lost entries due to com- munication or website issues.

Article 9: Additional Provisions

The Organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the contest rules or terms at any time if special circumstances require it. This contest is not valid in combination with other promotions or discounts. These rules are subject to the laws of the Netherlands/Belgium (depending on the location of the Organizer).
